Flip That Lot provides premium TradingView indicators (Chart Killer A & B). We act as the data controller for personal data we collect directly (e.g., via our site or support). For payment and account provisioning we also rely on third parties (see below).

• Account & purchase data: name, email, purchase details, subscription status (via Whop).
• TradingView username: required to provision invite-only access.
• Support data: messages, attachments, troubleshooting info you provide.
• Usage & technical: basic site analytics (page views, device/browser, referrer, rough location).
• Cookies: preferences and analytics cookies (see Cookies & Analytics).

3. How we use data

• To process purchases, manage subscriptions, and grant TradingView access.
• To provide support, updates, and important service messages.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse/fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We share personal data only with trusted service providers acting as our processors, and only as needed to deliver the service:

• Whop (commerce, subscriptions, customer portal)
• TradingView (access via invite-only scripts)
• Hosting, email, and analytics providers

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, and to meet legal/accounting requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
