These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, indicators, tools, and services provided by Flip That Lot (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products — including but not limited to Chart Killer A & B — you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
Because access is delivered instantly and digitally, all sales are final once access has been granted. Refunds are not provided except in cases of duplicate payments, billing errors, or other verified technical issues at our discretion.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk and may result in loss of capital. Our indicators are educational and informational tools only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we make no guarantees of performance or profitability. You are fully responsible for your trading decisions and risk management. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, reliability, uptime, or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not liable for platform outages (TradingView, Whop, exchanges, brokers), data inaccuracies/latency, missed alerts, or connectivity issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flip That Lot and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services — including trading losses or lost profits. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
All content, branding, indicators, names, and visuals related to Flip That Lot and Chart Killer A & B are the exclusive property of Flip That Lot. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without written permission.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your TradingView username and for maintaining your Whop and TradingView accounts. We are not responsible for access issues resulting from user errors or platform limitations.
We may terminate or suspend access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized behavior.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes may be handled via arbitration or the competent courts of Belgium.
